Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development and execution of our customer identity system across AdTech platforms, driving personalized customer experiences and targeted marketing efforts.

• Apply expertise in customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers to create a unified view of our customers, enabling precise ad targeting and activation on DSPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analysis, to drive strategy and achieve business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard practices in AdTech, influencing the continuous improvement of our systems.
• Develop and execute methodologies to collect, manage, and utilize customer data effectively while ensuring compliance with data security regulations.
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and approaches to drive business growth.

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 8 years of experience in a data innovation solutions design role
• 3 years of experience working in customer identity management
• Broad experience in AdTech, with a proven history of designing and implementing large-scale ad delivery frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers
• Strong understanding of cookie technology and its implications for digital marketing
• Experience with data engineering strategies and tools
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisive decisions
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
• Experience with data analysis tools for performance monitoring and optimization
• Past experience in architecting solutions

What Will Set You Apart:

* Graduate degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science

• Working experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment
• Data Clean Room experience is a plus
• Experience with online customer data security and compliance, including standard practices and Consent/Identity Management tools

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $132,000 to $193,600, depending on work-related, non-biased factors like experience, education, and skills.
