Title & Registration Technician (seasonal)

Assist individuals with registering and titling their vehicles in accordance with state laws and regulations. Maintain a strong understanding of the vehicle registration process and stay updated on any changes or updates. Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals seeking assistance with vehicle registration. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all vehicle registration and titling paperwork. Verify all required documentation and information for each vehicle registration and title request. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to answer any questions and resolve any issues related to vehicle registration and titling. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of all vehicle registrations and titles. Stay updated on all state laws and regulations pertaining to vehicle registration and titling. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations within the department. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the department and the state of Utah positively. Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
