The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As an Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service Professional, you'll be the face of arenaflex, and you'll play a critical role in building long-term relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service Professional, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Assisting our Outside Sales Representatives in gathering necessary information from customers to obtain credit approval
• Preparing quotes and presenting them to Sales Representatives and/or customers
• Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with colleagues and customers to ensure seamless communication
• Anticipating customer needs and following through on customer requests
• Assisting customers with questions about their orders and providing them with accurate information

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and great follow-through ability
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience in the construction industry or a related field
• Knowledge of engineered wood roof and floor trusses
• Familiarity with industry-based software programs
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
