Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing seamless support to our customers, while also contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
  • Collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Performing data entry tasks in various platforms to ensure accurate and timely information

Responsibilities

* Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into various platforms, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

* At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (not required, but preferred)

  • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize information and provide solutions
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and having at least a standard typing capability
  • Professional and positive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
