What to Expect:

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the strategic customer success manager for assigned enterprise healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical and insurance companies
  • Helping clients evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to drive business improvement using our platform
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and conducting meetings to ensure clients achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Collaborating with other teams to enhance the customer experience and mitigate risks
  • Identifying opportunities for upsells and expansion in collaboration with the Revenue Team

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
  • Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects
  • Experience with web applications and adaptability to new technologies in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out:

While not required, we're particularly interested in candidates with:

  • At least 5 years of SaaS experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical, provider, or health insurance/payer
  • Strong skills in data synthesis, including interpretation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
