The Role

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing live chat interactions with our clients' customers. This involves:

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with our clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements
