Job Summary

As a Data Science Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our data science efforts and driving strategic initiatives that inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet our business objectives. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and customer support will be essential in driving our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute data science strategies that inform business decisions and drive growth

• Lead high-performing teams of data scientists and analysts to deliver data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business objectives
• Design and implement data pipelines, architectures, and tools to support data-driven decision making
• Develop and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders, including peers, colleagues, and leadership
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry-leading practices and technologies, applying them to drive business growth and success
• Develop and manage budgets for data science initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals
• Oversee financial planning and execution, ensuring that data science initiatives are delivered on time and within budget
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to drive business growth and success

Essential Capabilities

* Experience with data analysis and machine learning tools, including SQL, R, Python, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and other relevant technologies

• Strong understanding of data science concepts, including data visualization, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects to deliver data-driven solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights
• Experience with data governance and data quality, ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and consistent
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance, ensuring that data is protected and handled in accordance with regulatory requirements

Preferred Capabilities

* Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics

• Experience communicating at the executive level, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior stakeholders
• Experience driving cross-functional teams and leading large-scale projects to deliver business outcomes
