About the Role
As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the heart of our customer service operations, delivering first-class customer service in every interaction. You'll be solving customer issues, acting as a salesperson, product guru, billing expert, and more, all while working in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll be the one on the front line to help us solve our customers' challenges and deliver on our promise of superior customer service.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and arenaflex products and services.
* Identify customer needs and proactively offer our products and services.
* Contact customers by phone or in writing concerning past due payments.
* Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues.
* Verify service order accuracy and completeness and make corrections/changes, as needed.
* Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.

* A related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
