Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and/or email, resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicating effectively with customers
  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer requests simultaneously
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • From a technical perspective, a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
