About the Role

As a Chat & Email Support Representative (Live Chat Specialist) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to our clients remotely. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat and email. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via live chat and email in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist clients with questions related to listings, property details, appointments, and general company information.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, or escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions in the database.
