Senior Holistic Health Coach
Our client, a forward-thinking wellness organization, is actively seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Holistic Health Coach to join their entirely remote team. This pivotal role involves guiding individuals towards achieving optimal well-being through a comprehensive, client-centered approach that addresses physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of nutrition, fitness, stress management techniques, mindfulness, and habit formation. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth client assessments, developing personalized wellness plans, and providing ongoing support and motivation to help clients achieve their health goals. As a remote position, exceptional communication, active listening, and virtual coaching skills are paramount. You must be adept at building strong rapport and trust with clients through various digital platforms. The ability to inspire and empower individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes is key. A certification from a recognized holistic health coaching program is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of professional coaching experience. Experience in specialized areas such as chronic condition management, weight management, or mental wellness is highly desirable. You will also play a role in developing program content, mentoring junior coaches, and contributing to the growth and innovation of our wellness services.
