School Therapy Recruiter (Remote - Texas)

We’re supporting a fast‑growing national staffing organization that places Speech‑Language Pathologists, OTs, PTs, and special education professionals in K–12 schools. We’re hiring a School Therapy Recruiter with a strong focus on Speech Pathology recruiting. This is a phone‑heavy, proactive recruiting role — not HR. The employer is open to virtual or hybrid arrangements for strong recruiters. Must‑Haves

  • Recruiting experience (required)
  • Experience in school‑based staffing OR healthcare/nursing staffing
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to proactively source (not rely on applicants)
  • Ability to “sell” school‑based roles to candidates
  • Comfort recruiting SLPs, OTs, PTs, and related clinicians
  • Clinicians without recruiting experience are not a fit

What You’ll Do

  • Full‑cycle recruiting for school‑based therapy roles
  • Source, screen, and place SLPs, OTs, PTs, and special educators
  • Build pipelines through outbound outreach, job boards, and referrals
  • Communicate compensation + contract details
  • Maintain accurate records in Crelate
  • Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs

Support Structure

  • Recruiters only recruit
  • Customer Success manages school relationships + post‑placement support
  • Clinical directors provide therapy‑specific guidance
  • Strong tenure and collaborative team

Compensation

  • Base Salary depends on Experience Level: $45,000–$50,000 minimum; Recruiters with more relevant experience are eligible for a Higher Base Salary
  • Total Expected Earnings (Base + Commission): $60,000–$100,000+
  • Uncapped commission structure
