Analytics Engineer (AWS / Snowflake / Tableau)
Overview
We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to design and automate reporting pipelines that replicate and enhance existing dashboards. This role will focus on extracting data from VIS, building scalable pipelines in AWS, and delivering curated datasets into Snowflake and Tableau. Key Responsibilities - Design and automate data extraction processes from VIS into AWS environments - Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, etc.) - Structure and manage data in Snowflake for optimized analytics performance - Recreate existing dashboards in Tableau using new data pipelines - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems - Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency - Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate reporting requirements - Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline and reporting issues Required Qualifications - Experience with AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift or similar) - Strong knowledge of Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning) - Advanced experience with Tableau (dashboard development & optimization) - Proficiency in SQL - Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines - Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices Preferred Qualifications - Experience integrating with external or legacy systems (like VIS) - Familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages - Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, Step Functions, etc.) - Knowledge of BI/report migration or modernization projects What Success Looks Like - Fully automated pipeline from VIS → AWS → Snowflake → Tableau - Existing dashboards successfully replicated with improved performance - Reduced manual reporting effort and faster data availability - Scalable architecture supporting future analytics needs Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
