Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving concerns, and driving sales growth through effective communication, product knowledge, and recommendations
• Working directly with customers who call our inbound phone center, providing expert advice and support to help them reputed company their fitness goals
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets, including resolving customer concerns and delivering a WOW experience
• Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company business objectives, share best practices, and drive reputed company improvement
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer needs to provide expert advice and recommendations
• Utilizing our CRM system to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and analyze customer data
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, reputed company through customer feedback, surveys, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (highly preferred)
• Remote or work-from-home experience (a plus)

• Positive attitude and ability to be self-motivated in a work-from-home atmosphere

Preferred Qualifications
