Job Summary

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, working under direct supervision, and performing data entry tasks using arenaflex's pharmacy systems. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for patients and customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle patient and customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns.

  • reputed company data entry tasks using arenaflex's pharmacy systems, including entering patient and medication information, processing prescriptions, and managing inventory.
  • Investigate and resolve issues reputed company to missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settle reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
  • Handle correspondence with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, resolving issues on a case-by-case basis.
  • Settle external outliers by reviewing, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
  • Provide support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both in electronic and reputed company formats.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, including answering high-volume customer calls and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • Basic computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing the computer. + Using the mouse to reputed company and click. + Starting and closing programs. + Switching between programs. + Saving files. + Printing documents. + Accessing data online.

  • Basic web browsing skills, including:

+ Opening a browser. + Typing URLs in the address bar. + Using a search reputed company. + Bookmarking a website. + Navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons. + Completing online forms.

  • Basic keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 words per minute (WPM). + Typing by memory. + Organizing records.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • 18 years or older.

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 WPM. + Typing by memory. + Organizing records.

  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
