Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Multi-Channel Customer Support: Handle incoming calls and chat interactions with clients, building trust through product knowledge and genuine care to determine their unique insurance needs.
• Policy Service Management: Process service requests by working directly with insurance carriers and accurately documenting reputed company transactions on our proprietary agency portal.
