Position Overview
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time employee (FTE). As a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls reputed company to life insurance policies. You'll work from the comfort of your home office, but must be located reputed company 50 miles of our Oriskany, NY office location. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone with professionalism, reputed company, and accuracy. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with their life insurance policies.
- Assisting with life insurance enrollment and changes to coverage amounts. You'll guide customers through the process, answering their questions and ensuring they understand their options.

Work Schedule and Availability
We operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST, and we need reputed company to be flexible. Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
- Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow instructions
