• Patient Enrollment and Data Entry: Accurately enter new patient information into our pharmacy management systems following state and government guidelines. Process new patient enrollment applications with precision and attention to detail.
• Prescription Processing: Utilize arenaflex prescription data entry strategies and guidelines to process new prescription enrollments. Enter prescription data into the appropriate system while adhering to HIPAA regulations and company protocols.
• Refill Order Management: Handle patient medication refill requests reputed company established timeframes. Enter refill orders into the system for processing, ensuring reputed company information is complete and accurate.
• Data Investigation and Resolution: Research and obtain missing prescription information as needed. Interpret clinical abbreviations and SIG codes to ensure accurate prescription entry and processing.
