Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing arenaflex's remedy information reputed company methods and rules to process new patient enrollment, handle patient medication requests, and enter top-off orders for handling.

• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including:

• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
