What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As our CDP Technical reputed company, you'll be the technical reputed company of our reputed company Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time Customer Data Platform. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and maximum value extraction from our customer data infrastructure.
- Platform Management & Maintenance: reputed company and maintain the reputed company Experience Platform Real-Time CDP, proactively addressing enterprise-level issues and ensuring 99.9% platform availability
- Development Support: Assist in new development, setup, and ongoing maintenance of the CDP platform, working closely with development teams to implement new features and capabilities
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance to internal teams regarding reputed company building, real-time CDP implementation, and best practices for data utilization
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve reputed company technical issues reputed company to the platform, implementing effective solutions while minimizing downtime
