Job Summary

As a Customer Management Associate Coordinator, you'll work closely with our sales teams, cross-functional teams, and customers to execute reputed company processes associated with promotions, pricing maintenance, and customer database management. You'll be responsible for:

• Timely, accurate, and complete listing of arenaflex products and pricing and promotional allowances in internal and external customer systems
• Updating and communicating promotional calendars accurately and timely to reputed company relevant parties
• Completing reputed company supporting each customer and promotional event in an accurate and timely manner
• Applying proficiency with spreadsheets and analytical skills to support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in assessing the effectiveness of various programs and initiatives
• Supporting the DOS and KAM team in the Midwest Region on various tasks and duties as required

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the FLNA Midwest Directors and Managers, cross-functional teams, and customers to ensure seamless execution of promotions and pricing maintenance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in internal and external customer systems

Qualifications/Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
