Job Description

As a Full Stack Data Engineer in our Operations Analytics and Performance department, you'll play a critical role in harnessing the power of data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Locating and extracting data from various sources to support analysis, modeling, and project development
• Cleaning and curating datasets by identifying the best sources of data, aggregating perspectives into meaningful hierarchies, and collaborating with other business units to ensure data quality and consistency
• Developing and maintaining data environments, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
• Leveraging emerging technologies and proactively identifying new and innovative approaches to communicate data and insights that support business objectives
• Supporting project development and control engagements for various business units and cross-functional initiatives
• Training and mentoring other team members in data engineering skills and best practices

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

* 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, or a reputed company field

• Proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT patterns

• Ability to troubleshoot a reporting database environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with multiple requests and timelines
