Key Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Handling high-volume customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Performing data entry tasks with precision and accuracy, utilizing arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules processes
• Entering patient and medication data into our systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
• Investigating missing solution data, deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-reputed company exceptions
• Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
• Maintaining a dynamic specialist permit or certification reputed company the initial 90 days and keeping a valid professional permit or certification

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Essential level computer skills, including:
