About The Team

The Head of Data Analytics position is a key leadership role reputed company our Store Automation and Innovation team. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive suite of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our strategic initiatives. This role is central to defining metrics and leading the development of data pipelines and dashboards that distribute these measurements and report reputed company toward our goals to executive leadership on a regular basis.

This position will be located in Bentonville, Arkansas, and will report to the Senior Director of Store Innovation and Automation. What You'll Do

As the Director of Data Analytics at arenaflex, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating reputed company data into actionable insights that drive organizational growth. • Data reputed company Identification and Management: You will be responsible for identifying data sources, requiring deep knowledge of functional business domains and scenarios, categories of data and where it is stored, business data requirements, database technologies, and data quality assurance practices. This involves working closely with data engineers and architects to ensure robust data pipelines.

This includes developing, delivering, building support for, and implementing business processes, plans, and practices. You will also be responsible for analyzing costs and estimates and integrating them into business plans while determining and supporting resource requirements.
