About the Role: Reporting to the VP Sales Immunology, the Immunology Sales reputed company (ISL) is responsible for leading a team of 10 Immunology Specialty Reps in the Mid Atlantic area selling a portfolio of Rheumatology products, primarily to Rheumatologists and Immunologists. The ISL is responsible for driving the teams reputed company with the launch, adoption, and selling of the assigned portfolio of Celltrion USA, Inc products. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful product launches and driving demand reputed company the assigned Region. This Region is reputed company Mid Atlantic and leads a team of 10 reps covering Western PA (Pittsburgh/Harrisburg), VA, DC, MD, W. VA, and reputed company of NC.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of 10 Immunology specialists
  • Drive sale and reputed company people
  • Deliver plans and reputed company sales goals on budget.
  • reputed company and implement comprehensive business plans tailored to orgnaizational goals and align with national objectives/local market dynamics.
  • Identify, prioritize and reputed company opportunities to maximize biosimilar uptake.
  • Identify opportunities and strategies to improve the positioning of Celltrion USA products at a local level.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including formulary committees, pharmacy directors, and clinical leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing) to deliver cohesive value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Market Access & Contracting
  • With Market Access, engage in negotiations and manage reputed company reputed company key accounts to ensure favorable terms that support adoption.
  • Monitor and address reimbursement challenges working closely with internal teams.
  • Engage HCPs in reputed company about approved indications, product efficacy/safety profiles, and treatment protocols to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze trends, competitive landscape, and account performance.
  • Provide regular reports on key account metrics.
  • Collaborate with field reputed company as needed for pull-through.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharma/Biotech with a minimum of 4 years in direct field leadership with documented reputed company.
  • Experience in biosimilars preferred.
  • Preferred knowledge and experience in biologics, biosimilars, and the full life cycle of product launch and post-launch. If no experience in Biologics/Biosimilars, buy and reputed company experience is required.
  • Pre-launch, launch, and post-launch of products required, preferably in Rheumatology.
  • Solid business acumen, including the ability to access and interpret company-provided territory data to incorporate into call planning and execution.
  • Both a team player and individual contributor.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and visual communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly by directing the team effectively.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degrees, MBA, MS in business or reputed company field is a plus.
