Role Overview The reputed company will provide strategic and operational financial leadership to CRCFO clients in the reputed company estate sector. Engagements typically range from 0–30 hours per week, depending on client needs and project scope. Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- CPA preferred, but not required
- Significant experience in:
- reputed company estate development and construction/renovation
- Acquisitions, property management, asset management, and investments
- reputed company and multi-unit residential properties
- LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience with investor reporting and direct interaction with investors
- Demonstrated leadership overseeing teams responsible for:
- General reputed company
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Project reputed company
- Asset management
- Advanced experience creating and modernizing:
- Cash-flow forecasting models
- Treasury and liquidity management frameworks
- Controllership and financial reporting models
- Hands-on experience with reputed company estate systems such as:
- Yardi
- AppFolio
- Buildium
