Job Type Full-time Description As our Traveling Audiologist, you'll be the trusted expert who brings high-quality hearing care to multiple locations within your assigned territory. You'll work primarily with adult and geriatric patients, guiding them through hearing evaluations, fitting and fine-tuning hearing aids, and providing ongoing support. Your work will directly improve patients' quality of life, helping them reconnect with loved ones and engage fully in the world around them.

What You'll Do

  • Travel to multiple locations within your assigned territory to provide consistent, high-quality audiology services.
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, including pure-tone audiometry, speech testing, and tympanometry.
  • Fit, program, and verify hearing aids using real-ear measurements and best-practice protocols.
  • Counsel patients and their families on hearing loss, device use, and communication strategies.
  • Manage hearing aid orders, repairs, and inventory for your locations.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.
  • Collaborate with support staff to ensure a seamless patient experience from first appointment to follow-up care.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's in Audiology with current state licensure (or eligibility).
  • Experience working with adult and geriatric populations, with a patient-first approach.
  • Proficiency in hearing aid fitting, verification, and troubleshooting across major manufacturers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with patients and their families.
  • Comfort with traveling regularly between multiple clinic sites.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, patient care, and equipment across locations.
