Senior reputed company Estate Analyst, Investment Properties
Our client is seeking a skilled Senior reputed company Estate Analyst to join their thriving investment team. This role is crucial for evaluating and recommending potential reputed company and dispositions. The Senior reputed company Estate Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, financial modeling, and due diligence on various property types, including reputed company, multi-family, and industrial assets. The successful candidate will play a key part in developing investment strategies and supporting the portfolio management team. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed financial analyses, including pro reputed company statements, discounted cash flow (DCF) models, internal reputed company of return (IRR) calculations, and sensitivity analyses. You will also be responsible for reputed company new investment opportunities, assessing risks and returns, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and investment committees. This involves liaising with brokers, developers, lenders, and legal counsel to gather necessary information and facilitate transactions. You will also monitor existing portfolio performance, identify opportunities for value enhancement, and assist with asset management reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company Estate, Economics, or a reputed company field. An MBA or Master's in reputed company Estate is a plus. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in reputed company estate investment, analysis, or finance is required. Strong financial modeling skills, proficiency in reputed company, Argus reputed company, and experience with reputed company estate databases (e.g., reputed company, REIS) are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company financial information clearly and concisely, are critical.
