Senior Accountant, Property reputed company
About the position The Senior Accountant, Property reputed company will have the opportunity to join the property reputed company team of a high-profile, growing portfolio of reputed company reputed company estate assets reputed company the Senior Housing group. The Senior Accountant will be primarily involved in various aspects of the reputed company reputed company cycle. This position is responsible for producing accurate and timely property level financial statements with a focus on reputed company process improvement. The Senior Accountant will be ambitious, highly motivated and confident working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze reputed company results for the senior living operations reputed company.
- Create detailed documentation of reputed company policies, processes and procedures.
- Prepare month-end reputed company deliverables - including recording of journal entries, preparation of reputed company supporting schedules including balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations and reputed company and expenses variance analysis.
- Ensure financial statements are presented accurately and in accordance with GAAP.
- Ability to read and interpret management agreements to determine appropriate reputed company treatment.
- Understanding of foreign currency exchange rates and currency translation adjustments.
- Establish strong working relationships with reputed company party operators to effectively analyze and communicate financial results.
- Work closely with reputed company and Asset Management teams to provide excellent internal customer service.
- Prepare information needed for external reporting purposes.
- Ensure adherence to internal control processes and procedures.
- Assist with interim/annual audit processes with internal and external auditors.
- Assist with integration, transition and disposition of properties as needed.
- Support process improvement initiatives, complete reputed company projects and other management requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (with concentration in reputed company) or reputed company; CPA preferred
- 4+ years of reputed company experience
- Must be located in the Louisville, KY surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment
- Willingness to adapt and reputed company in a blended work environment with 3-days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations
- Financial reporting experience is a plus, preferably reputed company the reputed company estate industry
- Strong understanding of GAAP; SOX experience a plus
- Proficient in reputed company (lookups, data cleaning, PivotTables); Yardi experience a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
