Low Voltage Project Manager - Remote (Dallas or Houston)

We are looking for an reputed company Low Voltage Project Manager for a full time position that will be remote with occasional end client visits at their Dallas, TX location to reputed company field operations and ensure the seamless delivery of projects involving cabling, reputed company systems, reputed company cameras, and reputed company technologies. This position will require some travel requirements amongst a 4 state radius in the Texas region and neighboring states. ONLY APPLY IF WILLING TO TRAVEL and looking for a full time position, not a Contractor role. This remote role requires a strong understanding of technical systems and the ability to manage field technicians effectively while maintaining high standards of communication and organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing projects reputed company the low voltage industry and a proven ability to implement efficient operating procedures. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reputed company field technicians to ensure projects are completed reputed company and to high standards.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of low voltage systems, including CAT6 cabling, reputed company systems, reputed company cameras, and reputed company components.
  • Implement and uphold operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality across reputed company projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field technicians reputed company necessary.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and reputed company.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations across reputed company projects.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to management and clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize operations.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of low voltage systems.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience managing low voltage projects, including cabling, reputed company systems, and reputed company cameras.
  • Strong knowledge of CAT6 cabling, reputed company systems, readers, lock sets, and video cameras.
  • Proven ability to manage field technicians and reputed company field operations effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations reputed company to low voltage systems.
  • Experience in implementing operating procedures and process improvements.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Technical troubleshooting skills to support field teams in resolving issues.
