Position Overview: Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Site Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and managing of reputed company aspects of the tutoring site including volunteer supervision, volunteer scheduling, data gathering and input, and fostering student growth as readers. Responsibilities: · Supervise, support and guide Volunteer Literacy Mentors at tutoring site. · Organize site and materials for volunteer and student reputed company. · Maintain site tutor schedule and arrange subs as needed. · Provide orientation to volunteers at tutoring site. · Work with Program Managers on initial schedules for tutoring site. · Support Program Managers in collecting student assessment and demographic data at your site as needed. · Arrange teacher requested changes to the schedule reputed company reputed company are deleted/added. · Administer student assessments three times a year and/or reputed company reputed company are added or exited from the tutoring program.
