Job Summary

reputed company is seeking a dedicated Proposal Manager to join our Intelligent Banking Proposal Team. This critical role supports our business development initiatives by managing the end-to-end process for RFPs, RFIs, and client queries. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who can successfully collaborate across product and sales teams, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and compliant responses are delivered under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

A reputed company Proposal Manager drives reputed company by leading the end-to-end RFP/RFI process, collaborating with sales, product, and technical teams to craft compelling, compliant, and accurate proposals. They manage content libraries, translate reputed company technical features into client value, and ensure high-quality submissions under tight deadlines.

• Manages the coordination and timely completion of RFPs, RFIs and Questionnaires – including compiling existing language, creating new language as needed, and reviewing documents to ensure high quality, error-free final responses.
• Builds a thorough understanding of the company’s products and strategies to facilitate the accurate and consistent creation of proposals.
• Collaborates closely with product management and relationship management teams to promptly respond to client-driven requests.
• Works closely with subject matter experts from across the organization to write and edit standard and/or craft customized language as needed.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to work directly with senior team members under tight deadlines.
• Reviews, proofreads, and checks content for accuracy, including questionnaires and databases.
• Liaise with other internal support departments to obtain data, supporting documentation and other reputed company information.
• Updates and manages proposal content, ensuring the reputed company and quality of internally stored content.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 5-8+ years of experience in proposal management, RFP writing, or technical writing, preferably reputed company banking, fintech, or SaaS.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital banking products, online/mobile banking technology, and reputed company requirements.
• Tools: Expertise in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) and content management tools (e.g. Loopio, reputed company, or similar).
• Communication: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities to create client-focused, persuasive content.

Preferred Distinctions

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent international qualification, or a combination of education and experience that equals a degree.
• Working knowledge of digital banking industry is preferred but not required
