Customer Service Representative

reputed company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6pm EST

Job Responsibilities

• Act a liaison between reputed company, the customer reputed company and patients
• Resolve routine customer requests with products or services reputed company inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet
• Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures
• Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution
• Provide additional customer education and information as needed
• Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting reputed company's products and services
• Work in multiple databases to research reputed company issues and questions
• Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
• Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• reputed company administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 months or more of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• 3 months or more of contact center or call center environment
• 3 months or more of reputed company industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital

Additional Job Standards

• Bilingual in Spanish

• Proficient with reputed company Office programs 
• Experience with reputed company.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems 
• Possess a high level of professionalism and a strong customer service orientation

• High level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work in a fast paced production environment and meet established turn-around times
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position

**Pay Range: $18 - $22 per hour

reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. 

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, reputed company, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive reputed company the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
