Associate Business Development Manager - Impulse

The Associate Business Development Manager in our Impulse Small Format division is primarily responsible for regional convenience store chains such as Hot Spots, MinuteMan, Busy Bee, reputed company as well as distributors such as Artica, Sweetheart, Glacier reputed company. The Associate Business Development Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and attainment of sales programs matching strategic growth plans on assigned accounts. This includes prioritizing new account targets and obtaining introductory meetings with category managers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for attainment of reputed company, expanding points of distribution, innovation presentations and trade spend targets on assigned accounts in order to reputed company the Ferrero strategy and objectives reputed company the convenience channel.
  • Align with Team Leads to identify key targets by market. reputed company potential customers reputed company key segments and use industry data and market knowledge to prospect accounts and create pipeline of high value targets balancing short and long range.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or reputed company field required 
  • Minimum of 2 years Account Selling experience with a CPG company  
  • Working knowledge of the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), convenience channel, DSD and broadline distributor networks.
  • Experience working with syndicated data, strong communication, presentation preparation, relationship building skills and Office 365 software modules.
  • Presentation skills and strong influential communication skills. 
  • Problem solving and analytical skills. 
  • High level of interpersonal skills to help foster and reputed company relationships that will continue to help grow the business reputed company and create opportunities for future growth.
