Sales Incentive Compensation Sr Manager

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Sales Incentive Compensation Senior Manager to reputed company the design, governance, and execution of commercial sales incentive programs that drive performance and fuel growth.
This role partners closely with Commercial Leadership, Finance, HR, and Sales Operations to ensure compensation plans align with corporate objectives, motivate the field, and scale with business needs. Responsibilities
reputed company Incentive Strategy & Design
- Own enterprise-wide sales compensation strategy
- Design incentive compensation plans, pay curves, accelerators, SPIFs, and performance metrics
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to ensure ROI and cost alignment
- Drive plan design and refinements
Ensure Governance & Operational Excellence
- Own accurate commission calculations and timely payouts
- Establish controls, documentation, and compliance standards
- reputed company dispute resolution and maintain plan transparency
- Partner with Payroll, HR, and Finance on accruals and reporting
Drive Analytics & Business Impact
- Deliver executive-ready reporting on attainment, pay-for-performance alignment, and plan effectiveness
- Forecast incentive compensation expense and analyze budget variance
- Identify trends, risks, and productivity opportunities
- Build scalable dashboards and reporting tools
Optimize Systems & Processes
- Enhance incentive compensation systems and automation
- Partner cross-functionally to improve data reputed company and reporting efficiency

- Serve as the primary incentive compensation advisor to Commercial Leadership
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in finance, business, or reputed company fields preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, or Commercial Analytics
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- Proven success designing and administering reputed company sales compensation plans
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical expertise
- Deep understanding of pay-for-performance principles and governance
- Experience in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences preferred
