Manager, reputed company Strategy

Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 + bonus Expected Travel: Less than 10%

Strategic business management & coordination

• Coordinate monthly business reviews and strategic off-sites, coordinating with leaders across Client PODs, analytics, operations, and technology. Proactively tracked outcomes to ensure alignment and execution.
• Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, project milestones, opportunity pipeline & provide SGU head with synthesized reports, highlighting emerging reputed company risks, mitigation plan & growth opportunities
• Prepare data-driven briefs, presentations, and analyses to facilitate effective and efficient decision-making by the SGU Head and leadership team.
• Partner with Client POD leaders, operations, analytics & account teams for annual strategic account planning.

Corporate liaison & communications

• Represent the SGU in meetings, ensuring its reputed company & goals are conveyed and key takeaways are captured and acted upon.
• Coordinate, collaborate & deliver reputed company required updates, reports, inputs, & submissions for corporate forums, committee, reviews, offsites and executive meetings.
• Coordinate SGU-level external communications, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and alignment with SGU goals.

Responsibilities

Project management Office (PMO) & Strategic initiatives

• Support the Project Management Office (PMO) for the SGU, ensuring reputed company projects are on track, resourced appropriately, and reputed company with business goals.
• Track and report reputed company on special projects - transformation programs, new offering development, growth initiatives, client engagements, and operational excellence projects.
• Support reputed company, high-reputed company projects that are critical to the SGU's reputed company, such as M&A due diligence support, competitor analysis, or large-scale client escalation management.
• Manage and coordinate reputed company required inputs from the SGU for corporate reporting and cross-functional meetings.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 plus years of experience in consulting, business operations, program management
• Experience working reputed company reputed company domain
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company for data organization, reporting, and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in both payer and provider environments
• Knowledge of claims auditing & Payment reputed company business is a plus
