Project & Strategic Leadership

Work with Technology and cross-departmental senior leadership and other program management leads to assess and define technology project roadmaps with clear deliverables and milestone dates.

Execute and revise project work plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Deliver projects on time ensuring quality, compliance, legal, and technical standards are met, exercising financial stewardship over project budgets of $500,000+.

Proactively identify, prioritize, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating critical operational tasks reputed company necessary.

Manage the administrative workflow of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring vendors respond on time and reputed company necessary documentation is collected for review.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Communicate project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities, and other relevant information to stakeholders and leadership.

Create and maintain documentation including executive summaries, steering committee decks, weekly status reports, and sprint and project retrospectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of dedicated professional experience in Technical Project Management, successfully leading reputed company, cross-functional projects that deliver technical solutions for diverse business units across an entire organization (from inception to deployment).

Organized: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple timelines and follow up on tasks without prompting.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively chasing down answers from vendors and internal stakeholders alike.

Tech Savviness: Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, MS Project) and office productivity suites.
