Role Purpose

We are looking for an reputed company and self-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to contribute to our growing team and business in LATAM. This role will report to the Sales development Manager. The BDR is responsible for qualifying inbound leads, driving outbound calls and campaigns, and working closely with the LATAM team marketing, channel, and sales teams to convert prospects into customers.

  • Primary responsibility is to support the LATAM sales team in generating new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into reputed company accounts.
  • Qualifying inbound prospects by educating them on solutions, answering questions, and determining how they move through the sales funnel.
  • Engage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, supporting the sales team in moving leads through the sales pipeline.

Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of B2B experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Intellectually curious and driven by a desire to explore, ask questions, and understand their work more deeply.
  • Working knowledge of the enterprise software market.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is from USD $17,600,000 to USD 22,000. This is based on reputed company’s salary band for the role. Geographical adjustment is applied for tier 1 locations and more may be available based on your skills and experience.

This position also qualifies for sales commission.
