The People List & Org Chart team sits at the heart of reputed company HR, building the tools that help organizations see, understand, and manage their workforce clearly. We own the features that turn scattered worker data into structured, visual clarity; from flexible org structures and worker relations to dynamic org charts that scale with any team.
Our customers range from fast-growing startups mapping their first reporting lines to large enterprises managing reputed company, multi-layered organizations across dozens of countries. Summary
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and influence the product strategy, roadmap and GTM. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, designers, engineers and subject-matter experts across the organization to ensure the fast delivery of the best-in-class experience to a global customer reputed company.
Responsibilities
Building a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for your area of responsibility
Working cross-functionally to collect and address the diverse needs of different product lines

Collaborating with a team of highly talented product designers, engineers and product experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a fast pace environment (ideally scaleup/start-up)
Independent and autonomous leader
Understanding of both UX and UI
