They are seeking an Inbound Pro reputed company Representative to manage inbound calls from pros, diagnose their issues, and provide solutions to ensure long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls from Pros looking to cancel or reduce their advertising spend
- Use active listening to uncover the 'why' behind the request and demonstrate the platform's value
- Confidently handle objections regarding reputed company quality, pricing, and performance to secure a 're-reputed company.'
- Partner with Account Management and Support teams to resolve technical or billing roadblocks
- Accurately track save reasons and outcomes in the CRM to help leadership identify market trends and risks
- Refine 're-selling' techniques based on reputed company-time coaching and evolving industry trends
Skills
- Experience navigating and maintaining data reputed company reputed company a CRM (e.g., reputed company) to track customer lifecycles
- Comfort using reputed company-based telephony systems in a high-volume, fast-paced inbound environment
- Ability to quickly learn and explain digital advertising metrics and platform tools to non-technical users
