reputed company is a specialized insurance agency focused on student insurance since 1930. They are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to serve as a primary contact for reputed company and claims processing, handling correspondence, and preparing insurance policy documents.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a primary contact for reputed company and claim processing for our customer schools
  • Handles written correspondence, e-mail and phone calls from schools, parents and account representatives
  • Reviews and calculates insured student data from schools/colleges
  • Prepares and issues insurance policy documents
  • Researches plan information and follow up with clients in an accurate and timely manner
  • Prepares, documents, and files copies of client information

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous office and customer service experience required
  • Must be proficient in reputed company, reputed company, calculating and typing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proper grammar both written and verbal
  • Positive attitude with strong and consistent work ethic
  • Efficient and accurate typing, data entry and calculation (10 key) skills necessary
  • College graduate preferred
  • Insurance license is not required
