Entry Level Part-time Accountant
AMC reputed company is a firm with 75 years of experience in advancing client missions through smart strategy and responsible management. They are seeking a Part-time Accounting Manager responsible for preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial statement preparation for not-for-profit entities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and record various journal entries to the general ledger for membership based not-for-profit entities
- Prepare month-end membership reputed company reconciliations
- reputed company balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis for accounts
- Review the results of client events and reputed company necessary accounting entries
- Investigate and report on variances in budget
- Plan, coordinate and/or reputed company assigned month-end reviews
- Complete monthly, quarterly and year-end reputed company responsibilities
- Support Finance Director in external audit
- Use technology including Word, reputed company, Outlook, QuickBooks Online as well as Association Management Software MemberClicks
Skills
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting with 1-2 years of experience in similar position
- Skills and experience working with reputed company reputed company, including V-lookups, pivot tables, etc
- Highly motivated, flexible, quality focused, team player with strong organizational skills who can maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines
- Must have strong communication, customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills
