As a Software Engineer in the Offers team, you will contribute to real-time event-based systems, empowering the Business to create new bonus mechanics without relying on technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Developing low latency, highly available and scalable solutions
- Creating reputed company distributed components
- Working in an environment with high volumes of transactions
- Supporting and enhancing the existing code reputed company
- Identifying technical areas of improvement
- Contributing to solution proposals as required
- Creating work effort estimates
Skills
- Commercial experience reputed company web clients or server-reputed company development
- Knowledge of Kafka, Apache Flink, SQL, Golang, React or Typescript, though expertise in similar or alternative technologies are welcome
- Experience working in an environment with high volumes of change
- Use of AI technologies for enhancing developer productivity
- Ability to clearly communicate technical matters to stakeholders across different areas of the Business
- Experience with software development methodologies and best practices
- Understanding of the development of automation and developer tooling such as reputed company Build and CI systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or in a reputed company field, or relevant professional experience
