Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company in Carlisle, PA. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our DC Management and Engineering teams to input time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system, generating production performance and incentive dollar calculations for reputed company DC Associates and Management. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will reputed company you an asset to reputed company.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk – 3rd Shift, you'll be responsible for:

• Inputting time and production data for reputed company DC Associates into the Blue Chip computer system (65% of time)

+ Summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors + Translating DCIS data and calculating performances for each associate covered by the program + Calculating individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to reputed company against individual production standards

• Generating and distributing production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15% of time)
• Analyzing system output and troubleshooting erroneous data (10% of time)
• Filing paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotating files periodically for storage (5% of time)
• Completing other projects as assigned (5% of time)

• Previous clerical/administrative experience
• 10-key experience (fast and accurate)
• Good math skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
• Good interpersonal skills

Compensation

The hourly reputed company for this role is $17 per hour, with an additional $3 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift work.
