Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional data entry services, handling high-volume customer inquiries, and working closely with our reputed company to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's data entry systems and processes to accurately and reputed company enter patient and medication information into our database.

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing.
• Investigate and resolve missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settle reputed company data entry-reputed company issues.
• Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
• Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognize and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
• Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation reputed company the initial 90 days and maintain a reputed company expert permit or certification.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic computer skills (e.g., starting and closing the computer, using the mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online).

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessing customer satisfaction.
• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
