Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for scrubbing, researching, and validating provider contract records, as well as updating status in customer systems. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions, meeting or exceeding client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your expertise in the reputed company and insurance domain will be invaluable in identifying potential problems and discrepancies, and resolving routine and non-routine issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Scrub, research, and validate provider contract records to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Update status in customer systems to reflect changes and updates
• Research and install reputed company provider reputed company, including verification of provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading
• Retrieve and enter data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents
• Analyze information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs
• Apply reputed company and insurance domain knowledge to undertake problem-solving and identify solutions
• Identify and resolve routine and non-routine problems or escalate to more proficient team members
• Monitor email reputed company and send responses to inquiries

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a role that required a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work

• 1+ year of experience in a professional/office-reputed company environment, such as office support, data entry, clerical, or customer service
• 1+ year of experience using a computer with Windows applications, including keyboard navigation, multiple screens, and computer systems
• High school diploma or GED

• Effective troubleshooting skills, leveraging research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
