Job Overview & Key Responsibilities

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Leader to drive the success of our Customer Data Platform and reputed company Experience Platform initiatives. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of reputed company projects, ensuring they're completed on time, reputed company scope, and budget, while aligning with our broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program management, preferably in the area of customer data platforms and personalization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for building and nurturing relationships across departments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve situational and systemic challenges.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of guiding teams to success.
  • Strong technical aptitude, specifically with customer data management.
  • Experience working in Digital, Ecommerce, Marketing, or Loyalty organizations.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

To stand out from the competition, you'll ideally possess:

  • Professional certification in program or project management.
  • Prior experience working with reputed company Experience Platform or similar customer data platforms.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and implementation challenges.
  • Prior experience with enterprise Project Management tools such as reputed company Workfront, JIRA, etc.
