Job Overview & Key Responsibilities

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Leader to drive the success of our Customer Data Platform and reputed company Experience Platform initiatives. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of guiding teams to success.
• Strong technical aptitude, specifically with customer data management.
• Experience working in Digital, Ecommerce, Marketing, or Loyalty organizations.
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

To stand out from the competition, you'll ideally possess:

• Professional certification in program or project management.
