What You'll Do

As our reputed company reputed company, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 4 remote customer support agents. You'll work closely with our Marketing, Operations, and Fulfillment teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and address systemic issues. Your primary focus will be on delivering top-tier support, driving team performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching

+ reputed company and mentor a team of 4 remote customer support agents + Monitor daily performance to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met + Conduct regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and performance reviews

Customer Experience Management

+ reputed company customer inquiries and escalations reputed company reputed company and email + Ensure timely, accurate responses to support tickets and chats + Handle reputed company or high-level complaints with reputed company and professionalism

Operational reputed company

+ Analyze customer feedback and support trends using reputed company Sheets + Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Ops, and Fulfillment to address systemic issues

Platform & Tool Management

+ Manage customer orders, returns, and inquiries reputed company reputed company and reputed company Seller Central + Optimize reputed company macros, automations, and workflows

Reporting & Strategy

+ Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports + Recommend and implement improvements to processes, policies, and customer journeys

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

5+ years of experience

in Customer Support or reputed company, including 2+ years in a leadership role

Proficiency in:
