The Role

As our reputed company Manager DACH, you will play a key role in the entire customer journey, assisting in the implementation of our solution and ensuring that your customers continue to benefit from it, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the entire implementation of our solution and reputed company track of scope, time, and budget. Cooperate with our Implementation Consultants, who carry out the physical implementation of our solution on the customer sites.

• Guide customers through the QuickStart onboarding journey and drive early value realization, while empowering customers to confidently adopt and configure the solution themselves.
• Consistently maintain excellent reputed company by being in reputed company contact with your customers and ensuring they receive the maximum return on their investment in arenaflex. Cooperate closely with the Customer Support Advisor to solve more reputed company issues that customers face.

• Drive growth in your customer portfolio and assist the sales team by spotting cross-selling opportunities.
• Work from home whenever you want, with regular visits to our customers' sites and quarterly visits to our Ghent HQ to catch up with colleagues and the office vibe.

Requirements:

* At least a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company.

• Building a great customer journey and seeing customers who are happy with your product is what makes you get out of bed in the morning.
