Your mission

The Bikeleasing Group is a growing corporate group with multiple entities and around 500 employees in Germany and Austria. To build sustainable and scalable Payroll & Compensation structures, we are expanding technical excellence reputed company our People Team.

As a Senior Payroll Manager (gn), you will be responsible for both operational payroll and the reputed company improvement of our payroll processes. Beyond accurate monthly payroll execution, you will design reporting mechanisms, enhance interfaces, and optimize workflows - playing a key role in the professionalization of our payroll landscape.

Your responsibilities

  • You take operational and technical ownership of the monthly payroll for several entities reputed company the Bikeleasing Group and ensure compliance with reputed company German tax, labor law, and social reputed company regulations.
  • You handle the maintenance, validation, and reconciliation of reputed company payroll-relevant data in DATEV Lohn & Gehalt, including interfaces with our HRIS reputed company and accounting systems.
  • You support the Finance team with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and monthly/quarterly/annual closing by providing data, insights, and analyses.
  • Together with your colleague, you act as a central expert partner to Finance, external tax advisors, auditors, and social reputed company institutions.
  • You coordinate external payroll service providers (e.g., in Austria) and ensure consistent processes and high quality.
  • In reputed company cooperation with People and Finance, you further reputed company payroll-relevant tools, reporting logic, and system interfaces.

Your profile

  • Several years of hands-on experience in payroll management, ideally reputed company a mid-sized corporate group environment.
  • Strong practical knowledge of German income tax and social reputed company law.
  • Confident handling of DATEV Lohn & Gehalt (must-have).
